Annie Moore brings over 11 years of diverse experience in the events industry, having worked as a caterer, server, busser, event coordinator, and lead event planner. Her journey through every level of the business has endowed her with invaluable knowledge and expertise. Annie holds a master’s degree from the University of Michigan and began her career as an urban planner for the City of Detroit. In this role, she honed her event planning and management skills, orchestrating large-scale events such as the 2024 NFL Draft, which attracted hundreds of thousands of attendees. Annie’s keen eye for beauty and impeccable style are evident in every event she curates.

With more than 15 years of combined academic and professional experience in project management, Annie has led major projects with budgets exceeding $50 million and served as a liaison between major stakeholders. She excels in managing teams and facilitating communication across multiple groups. Her time in local government has made her adept at bringing visions to life under tight deadlines and budget constraints. An Adobe Suite expert, Annie has spent the last eight years freelancing, creating stunning custom invitations, thank-you notes, event signage, brand logos, and more. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP).
